Le Morcone Rosso

LE MARCONE is a full-bodied red wine with a great structure and balanced tannins. Composed of 60% Malbo grapes, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 20% Marzemino from rich, loamy soils, this vintage is aged for a year in steel barrels with grape peels and large barrels. With hints of red fruits, cinnamon, cloves, cinchona, and coffee, and its bold yet nuanced flavor profile makes it an excellent pairing for rich and savoury Asian dishes, such as Chinese braised pork belly, Korean beef bulgogi, or Indian lamb curry.
