Notre Terra Rouge

This wine is made from 100% Grenache, with whole-bunch maceration in concrete tanks for 10 days. It's a unique wine from the Languedoc region, known for its distinct character, vibrant aromas, and rich personality. Languedoc is a remarkable area, bordered by the sea and mountains, where quality grapes are cultivated with respect for Mother Nature. The approach to winemaking here is youthful and vibrant. Brunnhilde aimed to reflect this spirit on the label, emphasizing a collaborative and harmonious approach. The goal is to convey the message that this wine is 'unique with a strong personality,' aligning with French tradition while honoring the unique qualities of 'notre terre': our land, governed by Mother Nature. It has a subtle peppery note, with a fleshy texture and lively finish.
