Rosso dei Baroni

Rossi dei Baroni is a complex blend of 60% Barbera, 30% Bonarda, and 10% Merlot. After undergoing a long maceration of at least 20 days on its own skins in concrete tanks, it is aged for a minimum of 18 months in cement and barriques without any alterations or filtrations. The result is a captivating tannic taste with a full-bodied dynamism that remains easy to drink and not overwhelming. This wine pairs exceptionally well with rich and hearty meat dishes, such as steak, roasted lamb, or grilled sausages. It also complements aged cheeses, like Parmigiano-Reggiano or Pecorino.
